Possible Causes:
- ZIP file not extracted properly - files and folder structure missing
- Files extracted to Windows Download folder with overly long paths
- Missing Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x86) component for BC4E 4.0.2 or earlier versions.

- Right-click the downloaded ZIP file and select "Extract All" to a temporary folder with a short path
- Copy the extracted BC4E folder to C:\ drive root directory and run setup.exe from there

- No active schedule for current day and time

- BC4E missed next pick time due to user operation interference
Solution

- Add an active schedule for current day and time
- Adjust Windows date and time settings correctly
- Enable Auto Pick via "Run → Switch on Auto Pick"
- Manually initiate match making via "Run → Arrange New"
Cannot Download the Software
Root Cause
ROOT CAUSERoot Cause: Software signature issue.
Possible Causes:
- Due to the software is mainly for non-profitable organisation. No budget to cover the cost of Microsoft cetification.
Solution
SOLUTIONSolutions:
- You can turn off all of "Virus & threat protection" in Windows Smart Defender settings for the time being.
- Click the download URL or copy it to Browser address bar to download the software.
- Turn them back on once the download is done. The download should just take a few seconds.
