Information of Mobile App BC4EApp for Android

BC4EApp mobile app is a simple app built on Microsoft MAUI platform. It is designed for all good of users.

BC4EApp mobile app is only a client tool to remotely manage the club process running BC4E application on PC.

It uses Internet as medium to communicate with BC4E Windows application to manage the club process.

It only sends user's operation to BC4E, and display club information from BC4E aiming to facilitate Club Players.

It doesn't read any information from mobile phone except for the Unique ID of BC4EApp created on installation.

It doesn't keep or store any other information in the mobile phone than the application itself and its unique ID.

The storage permission requirement is necessary for Camera feature. But Camera is usually used only once for the first Sign In.

The picture taken with BC4EApp is for Barcode scanning, and disposed in memory immediately after the scanning.

All goverment privacy policy and data security plicy are followed.

How to use BC4EApp for your club?

1. Ensure your club is using the latest version of BC4E application.

2. Start BC4E application in your club. Enable Internet Feature from BC4E by choosing menu "Config -> Internet", Check "Connect to Internet for Online feature"

3. On success of connecting to Internet, BC4E will display a simple Barcode near the middle bottom of screens.

4. When club BC4E application is online (started), open BC4EApp, and choose "Sign In" menu item.

5. For the first Sign In, you need to type in your excat name registered in the club BC4E system and scan the Barcode.

6. Later on, you can sign in staight away because the first scanning alreay link you app ID with the club user.

7. Unless you have more than one clubs, and they are running the same time, you shouldn't need to scan any more.

8. Every time you uninstall and reinstall BC4EApp again, it will have different App ID.

9. If your BC4EApp ID changes, you must clear old "user app guid" of the club use from BC4E firstly before using the new one.

10. To use BC4EApp features, users need to Sign In firstly. If the user has to pay for the visit, the user needs to sign in to play from BC4E firstly.

11. Only club members, who have paid club memborship fee of fixed term and don't need to pay for each visit, can Sign In to play with BC4EApp.

Everyone is welcomed to join the Internal Test.

Please send your gmail (for Android phone) or Apple Id (for iPhone) through Contact TAB. It is only used to grant the app in test stage.

BC4EApp is still in test stage. Only registered testers can download and install it at the moment.

Steps to install BC4EApp for Android:

1. Copy the Google Play Store URL in your mobile browser. (Clicking the URL may not work.)

2. It brings you to the app download page.

3. Ignore the security warning as Security manifest descrobes about security.

4. Request permissions to run the app when opening it.

Steps to install BC4EApp for iPhone:

1. Once your Apple Id is invited for test, you will receive such email from TestFlight, which is Apple Store app to test new app for iPhone.

2. Install the app in iPhone through TestFlight.

Steps to use BC4EApp for Android / iPhone:

1. Click the menu bar, and choose "Sign In - New" for intial signing in to your BC4E club.

2. Scan the barcode displayed in screens running BC4E application club laptop.

3. On successful Signing In, Player Information is shown in this main page where you can manage your club activity.
