End User License Agreement

This license applies to the BC4E Badminton Club Management software. BC4E software is available at https://bc4e.net.

These license terms are an agreement between you and the BC4E program developer.

  1. License Grant: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software only for managing clubs under a valid, paid-up license.
  2. No Transfer or Redistribution: You may not share, sell, rent, lend, sublicense, or transfer the Software to anyone else. The Software is for your use only. You may not make it available for download or access by others.
  3. Ownership & Restrictions: The Software (including code, design, and files) is our property. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify it, except you may translate the language text files for prompts/messages.
  4. Trial & Renewal: Trial use is free for a limited time upon online registration. Licenses are valid for one year and must be renewed annually. Unauthorized use or non-renewal ends your rights immediately.
  5. Disclaimer: The Software is provided "AS IS." We offer no warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
